Use either the keyword or the symbols below to perform a more accurate search.

Determines how ANDs and ORs are treated. Words within parentheses are considered as a unit, and are considered first.

Use quote marks if the search phrase contains symbols or keywords.
Example: "AT&T"

Question marks match single characters in any position in a word.
Example: 'comp????' finds 'computer' and 'compared'
*
An asterisk is used in place of a string of characters in any position in a word.
Example: 'comp*' finds 'competitor,' 'comp,' and 'computer'

Use hyphenated words to find two-word pairs that are hyphenated, run together as a single word, or separated with a space.
And
Use 'and' to find documents that contain both phrases.
Example: Java and coffee
Not
Use 'not' to exclude documents that contain specific words.
Example: Java not Sun
Or
To find documents that contain at least one of these four words: 'Java,' 'Javascript,' 'Javasoft' and 'javabeans' type the following:
