| Pine Lake Corn Processors LLC was formed for the purpose of building, owning and operating a 15 million gallon per year fuel ethanol plant near Eldora and Steamboat Rock, Iowa (located in north central Iowa). The project is presently in the financial and design planning stages, with construction completion is targeted in August of 2002. The ethanol produced from approximately 5.6 million bushels of corn feedstock will be sold for blending with gasoline as an octane enhancer, and as a fuel oxygenate. The company is a limited liability company and presently is governed and managed by eleven Directors. The company is offering membership units for sale to other Iowa residents. |
