Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Cooperative (SMBSC)

Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Cooperative harvests 2.4 million tons of sugar beets for use in processing pure beet sugar, beet pulp pellets and beet molasses. The pellets are used as livestock feed and the molasses is used in the production of yeast, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.
